Artists may be booked by the day, half day, or by the hour. The minimum hourly booking is two hours.

Confirmed Bookings: Day bookings are computed at eight working hours. Before 8AM and after 6PM or after eight consecutive working hours, time and a half will be charged. After ten consecutive hours, double time will be charged unless negotiations have been made with the agency in advance.

Prep & Wrap: Prep and wrap time is billed at a full day rate.

Travel time: Travel time is computed at a half day rate if booking time is less than half day and travel time exceeds thirty minutes or thirty miles. On out of town locations, travel time to and from bookings is charged at a half day rate.

Mileage: On out of town locations, mileage is billed at the prevailing IRS rate if the artist uses their own vehicle.

Weather Permit: Type of weather must be specified. A same day cancellation on a confirmed booking will be charged at a full fee. Cancellations 24 hours in advance will be charged as half day.

Cancellations: Cancellations on confirmed bookings 48 hours (two working days) in advance will be charged as half day. 24 hours (one working day) in advance will be charged at full day rate. Cancellations of trips, or full week confirmed bookings must be made one week prior to the booking, otherwise a full fee will be charged. Cancellations of confirmed jobs booked as the result of challenging a first hold will be charged at a full day rate.

Editorial: The editorial rate applies only when credit is given to both the artist and ENNIS. When such credit is not given, the advertising rate applies.

Test shoots: Tests done by artists for a photographer's personal use may not be published for personal promotion or sold without the artist's written consent.

Expenses: Expenses are not included in rates quoted. Advances on expenses greater than $200 not received prior to completions of work will receive a 20% surcharge.

Day Rates: Day rates start at $1000. Assistant's day rates start at $250.

Agency fees: A 20% agency fee is charged on all bookings. a late charge of 1.5% per month will be applied to all invoices not paid within 30 days. All rates subject to Agency negotiation.
